I created this site as a supplement to my book, Golf Fitness FOR MEN and also to serve as a guide for all us men out there.
I know how confusing it can be to get a straight answer these days. I know that it's not going to do you any good for me to sit here and talk about positive nitrogen balance, managing insulin spikes, or fat mobilization. I know I get a glazed look in my eyes when I start hearing about x-factor degrees, swing planes, and confusing swing mechanics. That is why I will try to provide you with information about nutrition, exercise, and golf in a way that makes sense. My goal is to have you leave this site with enough information to make you dangerous and to start you in the right direction of success.
